Kyoto Geisha

"Kyoto Geisha are especially noted for their dress and their skill in wearing their kimono. Here, two famous Pontocho Geisha are shown wearing two different styles of obi. Momiji (left) wears her obi in the style known as taiko (drum) while Raimitsu wears hers in the style called koken musubi."
