Poster from 106 Day strike (also Human Rights Fight), June to September, 1954, of Ōmi Kenshi Mill workers, mainly young women. The strikers here are hoisting a poster in the Dining Hall at the Kishiwada Factory. The headbands read: "We've Had Enough of Women's Labor Exploitation."
