Repatriation of Girls to Korean Homes

"Korean girls between the ages of 8 and 14 await repatriation at Hakata, Kyushu. Members of a children's 'volunteer' labor corps mobilized by Japanese authorities for factory work, they are returning home to Cholla Namdo in southern Korea. Some 650,000 Korean opted to remain in Japan. 19 October 1945 (Mainichi)."
