Rape Protest, Okinawa, 1995

"Okinawans in Ginowan City, enraged at the rape of school girl by three U.S. servicemen, take the street to demand justice and a reduction in American forces, 21 October 1995. The crime was one of more than 5,000, many involving violence against women, that have been committed by U.S. troops in Okinawa since the prefecture was returned to Japan in 1972."
