Transit: All DC transit and airports are up and running again on their regular schedules. You can check the metro and bus schedules at:

The 104 Campus Shuttle runs from the College Park Metro station every 10 minutes beginning at 9 am. It will terminate at the Student Union. When you exit the bus, cross the street to the student union and walk downhill (right) to Hornbake Library (on your left). The workshop will take place in MITH’s office in Hornbake Library: 0301 Hornbake. A student staffer will be waiting to let you into the front doors beginning at 8:45 am on Saturday.

Parking: For those looking to park on campus, the University of Maryland allows free parking in its Lot 1 surface lot on weekends. This lot is located behind the Cole Field House/Tawes Building and is roughly a 5 minute walk downhill to our building. We encourage people to park for free as all parking garages will cost you $15 per day. You can view the campus parking maps at:

Social Hours: For those coming in early, MITH staffers will be at the following locale venues and invite attendees and their guests to join us at their own expense.
