When National Public Radio’s daily news show\u00a0All Things Considered<\/a>\u00a0wanted to do a piece on the challenges of digital archives and preservation, they contacted MITH about coming to our offices for an interview. \u00a0Last week, Audie Cornish came to MITH and interviewed several of our research staff including Executive Director\u00a0Neil Fraistat<\/a>, Associate Director\u00a0Trevor Mu\u00f1oz<\/a>, and BitCurator Community Lead\u00a0Porter Olsen<\/a>, regarding MITH’s various projects related to digital archives and digital forensics, including the\u00a0Deena Larsen Collection<\/a>, the\u00a0Bill Bly Collection of Electronic Literature<\/a>, and the\u00a0BitCurator Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The resulting piece will air TODAY, April 9th, on\u00a0All Things Considered<\/a>. \u00a0Check the NPR site to discover your local air time(s). \u00a0If you missed the show, it will be available soon on both the MITH site as well as on NPR.<\/p>\n
