This is a great learning opportunity and a chance to work with a design professional to increase your knowledge and skills in graphic design to strengthen your resume before graduation.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>(Please note that responsibilities may change depending on projects, staffing needs and personal interests.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Graphic Designer in designing marketing materials for various MITH projects<\/li>\n<li>Research pricing on print\/swag items<\/li>\n<li>Contact and negotiate with printing companies for print quotes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare final project files for submission<\/li>\n<li>Place print orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Graphic design experience or relevant college level coursework<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with marketing and publicity<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Willing to take the initiative and contribute suggestions and ideas<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Web design and coding experience: HTML\/CSS and Adobe Dreamweaver (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with MailChimp (HTML e-newsletter software)<\/li>\n<li>Video editing experience: iMovie or Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To Apply<\/h2>\n<p>Send your resume and letter of interest to\u00a0Jennifer Guiliano at <a href=\"&#x6d;&#x61;&#x69;&#x6c;&#x74;&#111;&#58;&#103;&#117;ili&#x61;&#x6e;&#x6f;&#x40;&#x75;&#x6d;&#100;&#46;&#101;du\">g&#117;&#105;&#x6c;&#x69;an&#111;&#64;&#x75;&#x6d;d&#46;&#101;&#100;&#x75;<\/a>.
