Hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/slack.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Slack<\/a>, this space provides \u201cchannels\u201d for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>general discussion<\/strong> and camaraderie-building;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>posting relevant\u00a0<strong>calls<\/strong> for papers, proposals, and\/or applications, whether for conferences, jobs, publications, and\/or funding opportunities;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">sharing relevant <strong>resources<\/strong>, including scholarly research, blog posts, and\/or projects;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">seeking and sharing support for <strong>writing<\/strong> academic and public scholarship;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and promoting, discussing, and troubleshooting digital <strong>tools,<\/strong> methods, and platforms that support Black digital humanities work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We hope that AADHum Online will further extend AADHum\u2019s work beyond the local Maryland area and continue fostering community and collaboration among researchers across a wide range of disciplines whose work speaks to the Black digital humanities.
