QUICK REFERENCE HANDOUT SECTION This Quick Reference Handout Section has been provided to assist you in educating the members of your unit regarding the following: 1) what constitutes sexual harassment, See Handout #1, "What is Sexual Harassment?"; and 2) a list of individuals and offices available to provide support and assistance to all individuals involved in sexual harassment prevention and resolution. See Handout #2, "Where To Go For Sexual Harassment Prevention and Grievance Resolution"; and 3) information specifically tailored to complainants seeking advice or wishing to file a complaint. See Handout #3, "Checklist for Sexual Harassment Complainants"; and 4) information specifically geared to assist individuals accused of sexual harassment. See Handout #4, "Checklist for Accused Sexual Harassers"; and 5) essential points for supervisors and managers to remember when confronted with a complaint. See Handout #5, "Grievance Resolution Checklist for Managers and Supervisors," and; 6) a tool to determine the nature and extent of sexual harassment in your unit.
