2004 Muskie Applications Available

The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship program provides citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan with the opportunity to pursue graduate study at the master's level in the United States. Students are chosen in the fields of business administration, economics, education, environmental management and policy, international affairs, journalism and mass communications, law, library and information science, public administration, public health, and public policy.

The program provides full scholarships to participants, including university tuition, fees, room, board, health insurance, monthly stipend, book allowance, and international and domestic travel.
