Mid-Atlantic Women's Studies Association Annual Conference"Women in Rural Communities: Maintaining Activism, Cultivating New Experiences, Advancing Scholarship" Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania Saturday, February 21, 2004 MAWSA 2004 welcomes proposals in the form of papers, panels, and workshops in all areas related to women's studies teaching, research, and practice inside and outside the classroom. We are focusing next year's conference on the lived experiences of rural women. We encourage proposals that include student voices. Topics can include, but are not limited to:
